Returns & Exchanges

At Kingdom Death, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Kingdom Death box, ensuring all protective tissue and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
