Danny Cruz returns to Kingdom Death:Monster, monster design! Mole or Talpagoria (its extended name), is inspired by the dark and wonderful works of HR Giger, featuring a chest plate that take elements of the star-nosed mole's strange and charming nose, but remained as an exoskeleton.

Talpagoria, eaters of the dead, are massive subterranean monsters that move with ease below the ground, feasting on decomposing corpses lost below the stone-faced ground. The cemeteries of survivors are a particular delight. Stories warn of the churning ground beneath the honored dead.

Talpagoria usually quite shy. While Talpagoria continue to grow, their exoskeleton hardens early in life. Bulging with immense discomfort and strain, older Talpagoria are driven mad by the pressure exerted on their flesh. Desperate for a comforting feast or to unleash their frustration, they may dig hollow pit traps to collect unwitting survivors for decomposition.
